Please join us in the Proctor Library for an exhibition of student drawings inspired by “The Book of Tea” on Friday, Feb. 5, 5-7 p.m., with a presentation at 6 p.m. by Assistant Professor of History Dr. Nicholas Miller, “A History of Milk Tea: Trade, Empire, and Nationalism in Southeast Asia”
The exhibition includes Haiku Poetry from Visiting Lecturer Lauren Tivey’s students and a displayed collection of Japanese culture books from the collections of Proctor Library. Due to Covid-19, attendance for opening event limited to students, faculty and staff. This event is co-curricular.
