We wish to thank filmmaker Clennon King for gifting us with a digital copy of his documentary “Passage at St. Augustine: The 1964 Black Lives Matter Movement That Transform America,” which won the Henry Hampton Award of Excellence in Documentary Filmmaking at the Roxbury International Film Festival. This film examines the events in St. Augustine during the summer of 1964 as Dr. Martin Luther King and his SCLC organization guided a pivotal civil rights movement that led to the passage of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
